When you make a purchase from Alison Fern Jewellery you can be sure that all your personal information is safe. We work together with a highly reputable 3rd party payment provider to ensure the security of personal data. Protecting our website customer’s data is of the utmost importance to us.

All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We will send you an email to confirm your order and this will form a legally binding contract between us. Only individuals aged 18 and over are entitled to enter legally binding contracts; if you do not qualify to enter a legally binding contract you are not able to order from this site at this time.


When our jewellery is made to order and/or bespoke we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been despatched to you they become your property. Once they are delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. If in the unlikely event of there being a fault with the item please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item and we shall arrange for an exchange or refund. 

When returning an order please ensure that the item is sent in its original packaging, unworn and in a secure package.  We will not be held liable for any damage caused to the item in transit, due to lack of due care on the part of the sender.


All our prices on the website are in British Pounds Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering.


UK delivery is by special delivery and our standard delivery costs £3.50 per parcel. This is a secure, signed for service by Royal Mail for guaranteed safe delivery. We will notify you when your package is due to be dispatched and there will need to be someone at the address to sign for the parcel, otherwise Royal Mail will leave a missed delivery card and the customer will need to re-arrange the delivery with Royal Mail.

International delivery is by the international signed for delivery service and is charged at £8.50 per parcel. This service requires a signature at the delivery address.

International deliveries from the UK may incur customs duty and import tax when your parcel arrives in your country. This charge varies from country to country and it is charged by your country's customs and tax department, for further information about this please contact this department in your country.


If you do not receive your parcel within our stated delivery time you can contact us and we will do our best to help you trace  your parcel.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Alison Fern Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.


Alison Fern Jewellery can not be responsible for any damaged caused to a piece due to lack of care or irresponsible wear. 

We recommend you try to keep your jewellery in good condition.

If the goods delivered to you are not the correct items you ordered or are defective or damaged we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 7 days of delivery of the said goods.

You must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits to purchase goods from our site. We accept no liability for any goods purchased by you in respect of any local laws regarding the import of any goods you purchase from us.

All website content (including content, design, text, graphics and photographs), copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights available when using this website shall remain the property of Alison Fern Jewellery or its suppliers.


If we have published any information incorrectly including pricing or other relevant information regarding jewellery descriptions or delivery times, or any other information, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We will do so by notifying you by email and you shall have the right to reconsider placing your order again after being supplied with the correct information We shall at the point of cancellation either; refund any sum taken from your credit card as soon as possible, and within 30 days of your order; or we shall offer you the goods at the correct price/description after which we shall enter a new contract and will send you an email confirming the new order. In any event we shall not be liable for any disappointment suffered, nor any further compensation.


These terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us Alison Fern Jewellery and you the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control; such as fire, industrial action, the breakdown of systems or network disruption, flood, accident, fire or explosion.
